Daya has worked both in academia and the software industry including stints as a college professor and a principal data scientist. Daya obtained his Ph.D. from the Department of Computer and Information Science at the University of Oregon.

With extensive experience in policy research, designing network improvement communities, developing data tools, and strategic communications, Mike brings a unique blend of expertise to his practice.

Chief Learning Officer

Dave Johnson, PhD is Chief Learning Officer at CML Insight, where he leads the development of AI-powered learning systems that help institutions improve student success through actionable analytics. He brings sixteen years of executive experience in higher education, having served at three land-grant universities in roles spanning academic and learning analytics, instructional design, and digital learning strategy. Dave has also worked as a consultant to colleges and universities across the U.S., guiding data-informed innovation in teaching, learning, and institutional effectiveness.

Director of Engineering & Managing Director Operations

Asiri has experience in architecting robust and scalable infrastructure. He was employed previously at Sysco USA, Randoli Inc. (Canada) and Industrial and Financial Systems AB (Sweden), where he contributed to the engineering infrastructure and was part of the core Research & Development endeavors.
